Answer: It is important that all parties understand the agreed upon scope of work, specifically when it comes to drywall prep and repair work that will be completed on the wall surfaces prior to painting. If you have any questions before, or during the painting process- please ask your crew leader or reach out to Charlie or the office directly. As the customer, you should freely and openly address any questions or concerns to your crew leader or PM. We are always ready to listen. But you may not direct the painters on site by: giving them a list of things to do while they are working on your project/scope of work, ordering them to complete tasks not on their work order, offering them payments or side agreements for new scope additions, and anything along these lines.  

 

Question: How long will the project take to complete

Answer: Your project timeline will be determined by the scope of work you are looking to complete (number of rooms, drywall preparation, size and complexity of your exterior, etc). The following guidelines are for informational purposes only, and your estimator will inform you as to how long your specific project will take to complete. But generally, a 1-2 room interior repaint project should take 2 to 3 days to complete; 3-4 room interior project should take 4-5 days to complete; a whole house interior project should take around 7-9 days to complete; cabinet repaints normally take 3-4 days on average; exterior repaint projects take 6-9 days to complete.
